Hello, I’m Jessi.

I am a permaculture designer, educator, and vegetarian farm-to-table chef dedicated to creating resilient landscapes and nourishing communities.

My journey into permaculture began in 2018 with a transformative Permaculture Design Course in Spain. Since then, I have completed two permaculture teacher trainings, a food forest course, and gained extensive hands-on experience through international projects and community farms.

In 2022, I established my first land project in Cabreira, Portugal, where I transformed raw terrain into a highly functional permaculture site with a thriving vegetable garden, food forest, and regenerative systems. This project became my foundation for practicing and refining sustainable land management.

In 2025, I expanded into Serra da Estrela, where I am developing a new land-based project designed as both a productive farm and a learning hub. Here, I host workshops, long-term internships, and immersive experiences for those wishing to deepen their connection to permaculture and sustainable living.

Alongside land design, I bring my passion for food into every project.

As a vegetarian farm-to-table chef, I specialize in creating vibrant, seasonal meals sourced directly from the garden. My approach was shaped at Lournal Ecovillage, where I discovered how food can bring people together and become a central part of regenerative culture. Since then, I have cooked for retreats, workshops, and community gatherings, blending flavor, nutrition, and sustainability.

My mission is to cultivate living systems that inspire resilience, creativity, and harmony between people and the natural world.

Currently, I am working toward my Diploma in Permaculture Design while continuing to grow projects that integrate regenerative land use, ecological education, and farm-to-table cuisine.
