Farm-toTable: Vegetarian Chef
Retreat Catering • Workshop Cooking • Seasonal Preserves • Private Dining
Plant-based food is not just nourishment — it’s a celebration of the land, the seasons, and the simple joy of eating what we grow.

My Philosophy
Harmony with Nature
My philosophy is simple: work with nature, not against it.
Permaculture and food are inseparable — what we grow shapes what we eat, and how we eat shapes what we grow. By honouring natural cycles, designing with care, and celebrating abundance at the table, I aim to create systems that nourish both land and community.
From Soil
to Table
For me, the garden and the kitchen are one. We grow to eat, and we eat to grow.
Permaculture teaches us that resilience begins with connection — to soil, plants, food, and people. My work is rooted in this cycle of giving and receiving, where every design, meal, and gathering becomes part of a more regenerative way of living.
Ethics & Abundance
I believe permaculture is more than a method — it’s a lifestyle grounded in ethics, regeneration, and creativity. Whether in the garden, the kitchen, or the classroom, I design with abundance in mind. The goal is always the same: to build harmony between people and the Earth.
Farm-to-Table Services
-
I create vibrant, seasonal, plant-based menus for retreats, gatherings, and special events. Each meal is designed to nourish body and spirit, using fresh produce from the garden alongside local and organic ingredients. With an intuitive, flavor-driven cooking style, I bring creativity and color to the table — always rooted in sustainability.
-
Food is a vital part of learning and connection. I design and prepare meals for workshops, volunteer programs, and community events, where cooking becomes an extension of the permaculture experience. Sharing seasonal, farm-to-table food together deepens the sense of community and belonging.
-
I celebrate abundance by preserving the harvest in many forms: pickles, chutneys, jams, ferments, cordials, dried herbs, and teas. These handmade creations capture the flavors of each season, extending the harvest and ensuring nothing goes to waste.
-
For smaller groups and intimate events, I offer personalized menus crafted around seasonal produce and edible flowers. Each plate is designed to be both beautiful and delicious — a farm-to-table dining experience that celebrates nature’s diversity.
Hello,
As a vegan farm-to-table chef, I create colorful, seasonal meals that connect garden and kitchen. My cooking is intuitive, plant-based, and rooted in permaculture — from fresh harvests to preserved abundance.
I cater for retreats, workshops, and private events, where food becomes a shared experience of creativity and connection.
Vege Chef
Farm to Table is one of my favourite concepts and in my opinion the best way to eat and be healthy. We as farmers know our vegetables incredibly well. The garden and the kitchen are not separated - we grow to eat- we eat to grow.
I take my permaculture thinking to the kitchen and design colourful and diverse food using local and seasonal produce. Furthermore I’m making all different varieties of pickles, jams , chutneys, ferments, cordials, dried spices & teas- preserving the abundance. I work as a vegetarian and vegan chef for retreats and event caterings.
